After the 7-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the service in the first week after their purchase to ensure it fits their needs.
Processing & service fees are non-refundable. These are fees paid to our vendors and payment gateway. Therefore, if you receive a full refund, the cost of the service fee will be deducted from your refund.
When processing an apostille, it is required that documents pass through one or more government agencies. While we do everything to account for possible delays, we are not responsible for changes in processing by the government agencies. Therefore, refunds will only be granted for apostilles that have not yet been submitted to the government agencies.
If you request to ship your documents, we will bill you for the shipping and the fee is non-refundable. We will provide tracking numbers for your package but assume no responsibility for its arrival.
Refunds are performed using the payment method used to make the original purchase. Refunds take different amounts of time depending on how you paid. Usually, a refund takes 2-10 days but may take up to 45 days for certain payment methods.
A customer may cancel a product with a recurring billing subscription at any time. A cancellation means that no future payments are charged to the customer’s account. The cancellation of a recurring billing product does not generate a refund – it will only stop any future payments.
